CELEBRATING FAN HO: A NEW BOOK AND INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITIONS

[…] 8 October [2026], would have been Fan Ho’s 95th birthday.

Ten years after his passing, it feels especially moving to see Fan Ho’s photographs continue to speak to people across generations and around the world. His work is being celebrated through new exhibitions in Europe and Asia, alongside a new publication that sheds further light on his extraordinary way of seeing Hong Kong.

To mark the occasion, I wanted to share a small round-up of the places where his work will be on view in the coming months. Alongside these exhibitions, we’re also pleased to announce the release of the brand-new book Hong Kong Symphony, published by Blue Lotus Editions, offering another way of returning to the city through his eyes.

Happy birthday, Fan Ho. Thank you for giving us such a poetic and musical vision ofHong Kong, a place so dear to so many of us.
